About Vitality Cycles

Vitality Cycles makes Vitality Capsules, an herbal dietary supplement that supports healthy, regular bowel movements every day. This page tells you plainly who we are, what we make and how to reach us.

What we make

Our main product is Vitality Capsules. They come in two strengths.

• Regular Strength ($75, 90 capsules): cape aloe, senna, cascara sagrada, barberry, garlic, ginger, clove and turmeric.
• Extra Strength ($85): the same eight herbs and spices, plus cayenne.

At one capsule a day, one bottle lasts up to 3 months.

Why Vitality Capsules exist

Most of us don't talk about it, but feeling backed up can color a whole day. You feel heavy. You feel slow. You stop feeling like yourself. Vitality Capsules were made to help your body get back into a steady daily rhythm, using herbs and spices people have relied on for a long time.

People have trusted Vitality Capsules since 2006. Over 1 million bottles have been sold and more than 25,000 people take them every day.

How they're made

Vitality Capsules are made in a GMP-certified facility in California. They are third-party tested. There are no fillers, just the herbs and spices on the label.

Who formulated them

Dr. Jennifer Daniels, our Doctor and Formulation Expert, formulated Vitality Capsules.

How to take them

Take one capsule with dinner and a full glass of water. If nothing happens by the next morning, take two the next night. Once you are going every day, stay at that amount. Never take more than the amount on the label.

Who should not take them

Do not take Vitality Capsules if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or on blood thinners. They are not for children. If you take medicine or have a health condition, talk to your doctor first.
