USA Shipment processing time

Vitality Cycles is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We do ship outside the U.S. International shipping cost is $50.00 per order, please note we are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

In order to be eligible for a refund, please return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way, Contact our customer services department to get a free shipping label.
After we receive your returned item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
