Unstuck eBook

27 decisions that can change the rest of your life

  • 27 chapters, one problem each. Each is titled with the sentence you would actually say out loud, so you find yours by scanning the contents.

  • A 30 day plan in every chapter. Five numbered steps, what to track, and what to expect in week one, week two and week four.

  • Written by a physician who has been stuck. Bedridden at 56. A squat again at 61. The splits at 62.

  • 98 pages, large type, plain words. No jargon, no theory, nothing you need a dictionary for.

  • A tracker and an audit at the back to write in, so the book gets used instead of read.

  • PDF by email, straight away. Phone, tablet or print. Nothing is mailed and nothing renews.

Every chapter is the same shape

You open to your problem. Then the book tells you why you are stuck, what she learned about it, the one decision to make, and exactly what to do for the next thirty days.

The decision sits in green so you cannot skim past it. Underneath it are five numbered steps, what to measure, what normally happens in week one, week two and week four, and what to check if nothing has changed by day thirty.

Roughly three pages a chapter. Nothing padded.

“Almost none of that is aging. It is weakness, it is dehydration, and it is a diet with nothing in it to rebuild you.”

DR. JENNIFER DANIELS

Stuck is usually a symptom

Most books about changing your life start with your mindset. This one starts somewhere else, because of what happened to the woman who wrote it.

Dr. Daniels spent twenty six years on a diet she believed in completely. At the end of it she had broken four bones, her teeth had crumbled, she could not follow half a sentence, and at fifty six she was bedridden. She was a Harvard educated physician the whole time.

At sixty one she did a squat, thirty four years after her last one. At sixty two she learned the splits, rode thirty two miles on a bicycle, and learned a new language.

So her argument is not that you need more willpower. It is that a body with nothing in it cannot carry out an ambitious plan, and the person inside that body concludes they are lazy. She was that person, with a medical degree on the wall.

You most likely only have one

You are not stuck in twenty seven ways. You are stuck in one possibly 2 and you almost certainly know which before you open the book. The contents is written so you can find it by scanning, because every chapter is titled with the complaint rather than the answer.

Then there is a tracker at the back to write in for thirty days, and an eight question audit to finish on, with a line for your signature and the date.

QUESTIONS

Before you order

What exactly am I getting?

A 98 page PDF called Unstuck. Twenty seven chapters, one problem each, with a thirty day plan in every one. A tracker and an eight question audit at the back to write in.

Is anything mailed to me?

No. It arrives by email as a file, usually within a minute or two of ordering. Nothing is printed and nothing is posted.

Can I read it on my phone?

Yes. Phone, tablet, laptop, or print it at home. It is set in large type on a small page, so it reads comfortably on a phone without pinching.

Do I have to do all twenty seven?

No, and please do not try. The whole argument of the book is that you are stuck in a few places  not twenty seven. Find your chapters, do its thirty days, and leave the rest until that one is done.

I am in my seventies. Is it too late for this?

Dr. Daniels was bedridden at fifty six and did a squat again at sixty one, thirty four years after her last one. At sixty two she learned the splits and a new language. Chapter thirteen is about exactly this question.

Is this telling me to avoid my doctor?

No. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a reason to stop anything you have been prescribed. Three of the chapters end by telling you that if nothing shifts, the problem is bigger than a book and you should take it to somebody trained.

I take prescription medication. Is this still for me?

Read it, and talk to your doctor before you change anything about your diet or start exercising. Do not start, stop or change a prescription on the basis of a book.

Does anything renew or bill me again?

No. Both options are a single payment. There is no subscription, no trial rolling into anything, and no card kept on file for a later charge.

What are the other fifteen ebooks?

The rest of Dr. Daniels' work, broken into subjects, one delivered every Wednesday. If you take the series you get Unstuck straight away and the others as they come, at a price that is locked whatever they cost later.

How do I get it after I order?

Check your email. If it is not there within ten minutes, look in your spam folder, then reply to us and we will send it again by hand.
