I am so thankful Dr. Daniels created vitality capsules in two strengths. I started off with the extra strength in my first year and now have been enjoying the regular strength for several years and use them on a regular basis. Ok, I think Vitality Capsules is a good product. But for me, it's a little strong. If my digestion is a little sluggish, I can take one capsule—maybe once a week. If I take it with dinner, I need to know I'm going to be home the next day and close to a bathroom. Very close! I don't dare venture out, because the urgency comes with very little warning. I would love a similar product that could be taken more regularly and would not cause such extreme urgency!

This is my third month using shilajit I’m very happy with the results.. I was having frequent forgetfulness and my thinking speed used to be slow .. I was worry because years ago I did not have that problem but with the shilajit I have better memory , greater retention capacity and my mental speed is faster .. I loved it ! I hardly recomend it .

Im trying Vitality for the first time, I has always had stomach problems since my gallbladder was removed, I have tried so many things wasted money and time, I was skeptical at first cause, I was going down the same road, I Thought, I started out with one capsule, and the next day tried two capsule but it made me itch so I went back to one, cause I want to at least give it a shot, And low and behold Im pooping 💩 ,at least twice a day and im loving it. It is a good product and works good . I wish if they could make it better works . I have to take 6 capsules to make it work and sometimes does not work . I have been constipated for so long and after starting these I have now gone 2 -3 times a day. I had to get up to about 4 or 5 a day to do this so far but will back down a little to see if it continues at the lower amount. This is a lifesaver!

I really liked the product, it’s much more gentle than laxatives. You are pretty gassy at times and does have an odd flavour like a spice type flavour. I have to say once evacuating your gut feels phenomenal. My only negative is it’s kind of pricey and from someone on a budget I don’t think I’d be able to repurchase it.
