Children Should Not Play With Their Food. Why Play Dress Up With Yours

Introduction
(0:00) Hi, this is Dr. Daniels, and welcome to Healing with Dr. Daniels. This is the Sunday, March 13th, 2021 edition. Yay!
Episode Title and Overview
(0:15) Today's title is "Children Should Not Play With Their Food, Why Should You Play Dress-Up With Yours?" Today, I'm going to reveal the stunning uses for food that are creating malnutrition in developed nations. Wherever you're sitting, whether it's the United States, the UK, or Australia, these practices are creating malnutrition, and you can stop it. And as always, think happens.
Turpentine and Sugar Preparation
(0:42) All right, first we're going to take Vitality Capsules, turpentine, excuse me. Where shall we start? We have our spoon—this is a teaspoon, not a dessert spoon. Let me see if I can get this more convenient. All right, well here, she has to work on this, work on this.
(1:14) So this is a teaspoon, which is bigger than a dessert spoon. I used to use a dessert spoon, but I use a teaspoon now because I can get the sugar closer to the front of the spoon, and that way reach my lips all the way over the sugar into the back of the spoon and scoop it off, getting none on the outside of my lips. Very good, very important because turpentine doesn't taste good.
(1:37) All right, but first we have to use sugar. This is white sugar. A lot of you out there are diabetics, you're saying, "Dr. Jean, it's white sugar. Oh, oh, oh, please." So it turns out that people who are diabetic, even if they use white sugar, notice their diabetes gets much better. Why? There's probably a good reason for it, but it's not important. What's important is it works.
(2:00) All right, so here we are. There's your sugar. Now I take half a teaspoon a day of turpentine. I try and take it every day because I feel so much better when I do. Here's turpentine, and when you label stuff at home or you make stuff at home, you have to start labeling things because it doesn't come that way and you can easily get things screwed up and ruin your day.
(2:27) And so I just squeeze it up to the neck, the top neck of the dropper, bam, and we squirt that right in here. I don't know if you can see it, but the sugar turns kind of a grayish color. Yeah, there we go. I don't know if you can see that. There we go. It seems like, yeah, you can see the front part of the spoon is gray.
(3:03) We've got some water here, handy. I want that to go all the way down. All right, so that's all the way down below my rib cage. Burping is a common side effect. Some people can't stand that, so they take their turpentine later in the day, either with food or after food, so then they don't burp.
(3:24) All right, sugar, done. Turpentine, done.
Shilajit
(3:33) Now we have Shilajit. Shilajit is a trace mineral supplement. The reason Shilajit is so important is, one, for what it does. Your body makes all these proteins and enzymes, and they are not active unless the trace mineral is present to activate them. So literally, missing a trace mineral, your body is working very hard to make a lot of compounds for you that are just not really doing their jobs. Everything's just like a near miss, a near miss, a near miss. So this gets your body working more efficiently, and you feel like it's 100%. Things are just moving a lot better because the enzymes that your body's making are doing the job.
(4:25) This is Shilajit. It's a gooey tar. I've started using air conditioning more, keeping things cooler, so my tar is much firmer. The top stuck on it. This is Shilajit. Siberian Shilajit is, in my opinion, the best. It is the purest, lowest in contaminants, and highest in all the stuff that humans need. You can see there's a chopstick and there's the goop.
(5:02) We need 200 milligrams. I can eyeball it, and that's about 200 milligrams. We're just going to cut it off right there and put that right in the bottle. That is going to dissolve while we do the show, while we chitchat. I'm going to put the top right back on. Yay. So that's the turpentine and the Shilajit.
Update on Mom
(5:28) Now the next thing is updating mom. Mom is really just all I can say—she's doing great. She's back to normal. She's 89 now. I'm pretty sure she's going to make it all the way to 90. She's alert, she's talking, she's even answering her own smartphone. Yeah, that's amazing. And coordinating her staff herself there at home. So there's no need for any of the kids or grandkids to be involved right now. She's pretty independent. So we're all really excited and happy about that.
Questions and Courses
(6:16) Next, we try and answer as many questions as we can during the radio show, but we don't get to all of them. If you have questions that you'd like to be considered for the radio show, you can email those questions to jdaaniels@gmail.com. If we don't get to your question and your question is pressing, you can go to vitalitycapsules.com and schedule an appointment.
(6:40) For people who'd like to learn more about how to heal themselves at home, how to be their own healer so they never need to dial 911, call an ambulance, book a doctor's appointment, or go to the hospital, they can sign up for the Home Healers Course, which teaches you how to do just that. Information on that is also at vitalitycapsules.com.
(6:59) We have Vitality Capsules at vitalitycapsules.com. We are continuing to work on the next batch, and hopefully, our present inventory will last. But while they're available, you can buy regular or extra strength at vitalitycapsules.com. That is the internal cleanser that is comfortable enough for everyday use.
Main Topic: Children Should Not Play With Their Food
(7:32) Okay, so children should not play with their foods. Why should you play dress up with yours? Many of you probably remember as a kid playing dress up, putting on shoes, jewelry, maybe makeup—real makeup or fake makeup—and getting all dressed up. Clearly, if you do that with your food and don't put it in your mouth, it cannot nourish you.
(8:02) What I want to go over is what actually goes on with the food in the United States in terms of nutrition and how and why, if you are dependent on the grocery store for your food, you are being severely, severely malnourished. This is really at the root of many of our problems, such as arthritis, osteoporosis, diabetes, emotional difficulties, depression, and mood swings. All of these things are caused by malnutrition. And the malnutrition, in turn, results when people depend on the grocery store for their nutrition and food.
(9:04) So, first of all, I live in a very agrarian country. But also, my husband and I went on a motorcycle trip across the United States. We went from Central America, around the Gulf, to Florida, back across to California, up to Nevada area, and then bam, straight south back through Central America. This is important because being the person on the back of the motorcycle, I had a chance to look around. I didn't have to worry about driving or navigating.
(9:46) What I noticed was absolutely shocking. When I watched the fields because they were being harvested during that time, I noticed at least half of all the food that could be eaten was left in the fields. To be precise about this, I come from a background where we eat things like collard greens. That would be the dark green leaf of the plant. So what many people don't realize is the head of the cabbage, what you get in the store, is literally one-half to one-fourth of the leaves that are actually on the cabbage. Half of the food, which could be eaten, is actually left in the fields.
(10:48) Next, you have a whole series of difficulties or trials the food goes through before it even gets to your shopping cart. You have food waste at farms we talked about. I didn't even count the crop failures. Then in produce packing houses, they lose quite a bit. And so they don't even talk about how much is lost in produce packing houses, but I would imagine a pretty good amount. Then there's loss at manufacturing facilities where they trim off edible portions. This is another 33%. So we got 50% lost at the field. We have 33% of the remaining 50% lost between the field and your shopping cart. That brings us down to 35% that makes it to the grocery store.
(12:02) Then the grocery store lops off another 17% and brings you down to 30%. So only 30% of the food that is grown even makes it to your shopping cart. By the time I peel the onion, trim the broccoli, peel the potato, peel the garlic, and discard the watermelon rind, another 30% never makes it to my table. That brings us down from 30% to 20%. So, like, 20% of the food in the field even makes it to the table. Now, there are people out there who want to guilt you over wasting a third of the 20% of the food that makes it to your table. That would be 7%. 7% of all the food grown in the United States is wasted by the retail customer.
(13:11) So I want to take the time to absolve you, relieve you of any guilt you might be feeling about the waste. And quite frankly, if you wasted 100% of the food that you purchased, which would be only 20% of what's grown, you're not the problem. If you saved 100% of what you bought, ate every last bit of it, again, you would not solve the problem because you still have 70% to 80% that was wasted before it even got to you.
(14:02) What does this have to do with malnutrition? It turns out that the waste that happens prior to you getting your food is selective. Certain parts of the food, whether it's animal or plant, are consistently removed so that you consistently do not get them. What this does is develop absolute nutritional deficiencies. Let's take a look. Let's figure out what those parts are, where they're going, and how this is interfering with your happiness and all the good things that are possible in this lifetime.
The Problem with Meat and Vegetables
(14:21) I want to take a look at the meat side of things because that is pretty literally cut and dry. We can mirror the same thing on the vegetable side, but the meat side is especially sinister. I want to give a special shout-out to One Green Planet, who's trying to save the planet and maybe even the animals, who knows. But one area where the food is going is to sports. People are literally playing with their food. We tell kids, "Don't you play with your food?" And then adults play with the food. How does that work?
(15:04) Leather, that would be animal skin, is used to make a variety of sports equipment like footballs, for example. We have footballs, baseballs, baseball gloves, and even tennis rackets made from cow intestines. All of these things are exclusively—they don't show up at the supermarket. If you ate the leather, which is the cow skin, then you would have beautiful skin. You wouldn't have skin issues or skin problems. You wouldn't have rashes or dermatitis. Literally, a dermatologist could just retire and go do something else. But the skin of the cow simply does not make it to the dinner plate or even to the shopping cart.
(16:01) Now, the other thing that this leather is used for is purses, belts, and shoes. This is why the title of the show is "Are You Playing Dress-Up With Your Food?" Absolutely. People are literally wearing food that would save them from the plastic surgeon, that would save them from the dermatologist, and that would make their life tremendously better.
(16:33) If you actually ate cow intestines, I think we could just kiss irritable bowel goodbye. No more irritable bowel. Done. Cows can also put out fires, at least their hooves. They use keratin, a protein extracted from cow hooves. You've heard about keratin, right? It's for beautiful hair. Keratin is that expensive hair therapy to help strengthen your hair. What if you just boiled up the cow hoof and ate it? A cow hoof, in my part of the world, is 31 cents a pound. Keratin, if you buy an eight-ounce bottle of keratin shampoo or conditioner, you're looking at $10 easy. But keratin is used to create a specialized fire extinguishing foam, and it binds the foam together to put out hotter, high-intensity fires. It's used in airports to stifle fires caused by jet fuel. Obviously, it's used in cosmetics as well. But again, this is very valuable food.
(17:45) The cow hoof is very powerful. It can literally glue your body back together, strengthen your joints, and add extra usefulness to your joints. Is it going to make you live forever? Probably not. But is it going to make you live a lot better? Absolutely.
(18:04) When I first came here to Panama, in first-world countries, we're told about how people in third-world countries do this physical labor. Isn't it great that people in first-world countries don't have to do that physical labor? That's the way it was put to us. But when you come down here and you see these people either picking coffee or using a machete to trim the coffee plants, you're like, "Wow, I don't even have a choice to do that. I couldn't do it if I wanted to." Then you realize there's something going on here that the health and vitality that we are getting on this first-world diet is missing something. What is missing is the cow hoof.
(19:07) Playing dress-up with your food instead of eating it creates a situation where you're malnourished, weak, and feeble. Using the cow hooves for cosmetics to strengthen your hair, instead of eating it, leads to weakness. What about cars? This is the worst of the worst. What's worse about it is the car debilitates you through lack of exercise. You're no longer using walking as a transportation method. You're not strengthening and invigorating yourself, stimulating your circulation and elimination. You're just sitting in the car literally dissolving.
(20:07) The tires are made from stearic acid, which is a cow byproduct of fat. That is also an excellent tonic, stearic acid, for your cell membranes. And, of course, you're sitting on leather seats. The leather seats are something that, if you ate them, would strengthen your body and rejuvenate you. There's also the glue, which is created from beef protein, again from the hooves and the gelatin. That same glue that sticks together maybe the seams in your car or the parts is what holds you together. So literally, when people get older and say, "I feel like I'm falling apart," they are falling apart, and they need some glue. They need to stop wearing their food, stop playing ball with their food, and eat their food, and then they would feel like they're coming back together again.
Misuse of Animal Byproducts
(21:08) Here's the real kicker. Here's the real kick in the teeth. We have an industry that tells us, "Oh, you can't eat this cow part, oh no, this cow part is bad, oh that cow part is bad." Then they put it in medications, label it medicine, and sell it to you for several thousand dollars when you could have just bought it yourself for three to five dollars and eaten it. Let's see what we got here. Candle Empire proudly says, "More than 100 individual drugs such as drugs related to childbirth, upset stomach, blood clots—which means they're blood thinners—and controlling anemia, relieving some symptoms of hay fever and asthma, and helping babies digest milk, are made from cow parts."
(22:05) What cow parts? Cow pancreas, cow brain. Yes. So you can't buy cow brain, you can't eat cow brain, but a corporation can take the cow brain, mash it up, mix it up, do this, do that, blah blah blah, and sell it to you as drugs. Also, personal care products—again, more dress up with vital food. Fats, fatty acids, protein meals are used in many household items like candles, cosmetics, crayons, perfume, mouthwash, toothpaste, shaving cream, soap, and deodorants. Stearic acid derived from cow fat is the most common element in these items.
(23:01) Now, this is really important. Am I saying you should stop buying these items? No. What I am saying is you should be aware that there are parts of the cow, and even parts of your vegetables—this is generalized to really all of your foods—but there are parts of the plant that categorically are simply not ever brought to the supermarket, and therefore you'll never get them from the supermarket. Limiting your diet to the supermarket, any supermarket for that matter, will create osteoporosis, arthritis, heart disease, and these are devastating problems. And of course, poor mental acuity.
(23:31) The roads are paved with animal byproducts. Asphalt contains beef-based fats for a binding agent, and car tires as well. This is incredible. The important thing is to be aware of this. What can you do? You can decide to start putting those very same animal products on your plate. When you go to the butcher and you're buying a piece of beef, tell them to leave a little extra fat on that. Or you can even say to the butcher at the store, "I'd like to buy some trimmings." Buy the trimmings. Buy a pound or two of trimmings, boil them up, and use them to flavor your beans, or use the oil once you render it to fry something, cook something, or flavor something. But you have got to stop wearing your food and start eating it. Or as you say to the kids, "Don't play with your food. Eat it."
Grow Your Own Food
(24:41) So, in this example, I've used cows and meat, but this goes for cabbage too. It turns out that the leaves that they leave in the field when they harvest the cabbage are the dark, green, highly nutritious leaves. So, the solution there, and maybe even with the animals, is to grow your own. I would recommend anyone make their best effort to start growing their food. I'm telling you, you're not going to get it right the first time. It took me two years, or two growing seasons when I was in upstate New York, to finally get where I understood my soil, my rain, my climate, and I could get a crop in my backyard big enough to feed my family. It's well worth it because once you start growing your crops, you're like, "Whoa, whoa, wait a minute. Those grapes were fine, but we're going to eat these grape leaves too. That broccoli was good, but we're going to eat these broccoli leaves." And so, you end up eating a lot more of the plant and getting a broader range of nutrition from your plants. Again, the same with your animals. If you decide to grow your own animals, which I think you should, then you will notice. You're going to say, "Whoa, whoa, there's a lot of skin to throw away." And you're going to start working those skins and the fat into your dishes, what you're eating, and your lifestyle.
(26:22) It's very important to do, and you can do it. That is the answer. Stop wearing your food. Stop playing with your food and eat it. As a famous person once said, "To live is so startling, it leaves little time for anything else." So, give this a try. Look it up. Look it up. Do your own research.
(27:06) Eating these animals/plant parts that have been relegated to waste, clothing, and cosmetics, using these parts instead for the nutrition that they have, will lead to you having more fun, enjoying more family and friends, a life filled with more love, doing more things you want to do, becoming more of what you want to be, helping others, and really enjoying every minute of life. This is something that is totally within your reach. Go for it.
Questions
(27:33) That brings us to questions. You guys are sending in some awesome questions, so we're going to get right to them. Yay.
(27:38) Question: I was recently diagnosed with Barrett's esophagitis and want to know if it can be cured with ozone protocol.
Answer: Anything's possible, but I don't think so. If you have Barrett's esophagitis, your real problem is that you don't have enough connective tissue to maintain your esophagus. I would recommend eating, honestly, cow intestine.
(28:06) Question: Are you still offering your home healers course?
Answer: Yes, I am, until August. It is available at vitalitycapsules.com.
(28:14) Question: Hi, Dr. Daniels. I've been taking Vitality Capsules for about a month now and I have had chronic constipation off and on most of my life. I am 69. Vitality Capsules have done wonders for my chronic constipation. Yay!
Answer: You're welcome.
(28:39) Question: I've been taking Cystex and D-Mannose for about a year for chronic urinary tract infection. I've recently had new mild UTI symptoms, and today tested positive for nitrites and leukocytes with pH 7.5. Could the Vitality Capsules cause a false positive or have a weird reaction with other things I'm taking?
Answer: Yes. What's really going on here is that Vitality Capsules cause you to cleanse more, so you're putting more crap out through your kidneys. The remedy is simple: increase your water to flush more of the stuff out. Also, you have to examine your diet because there's something you're doing with your diet that's causing you to need the Cystex and D-Mannose every day for a year. You have a problem. There's something you're drinking or eating that's causing an underlying sensitivity. But for now, increase your water and at least dump the extra stuff through your kidneys.
(29:53) Question: Dr. Daniels, which brand of turpentine do you use? I've heard you mention 100% spiritual turpentine. What does it mean by spirits?
Answer: You need to go to vitalitycapsules.com and download the Candida Cleaner Report. So, it's vitalitycapsules.com, download the Candida Cleaner Report. It gives you all the details about turpentine, what spirits mean, and everything. It even tells you whether to take it in the morning, on an empty stomach, and how to figure that out.
Conclusion
(30:26) That's all the questions that we have time for today. We're going to sign off, and we'll see you again in a week. As always, think happens.
(30:40) Oh, wait. Let me tell you, show you the Shilajit. Bam! Wait, let's see if we got this clean enough. Yes, it is spotless. Listen. Down the hatch.
(31:06) There you go. Until next week, think happens. All right. Bye-bye.
