Control Your Programming
Control Your Programming
Introduction and Episode Title
(0:00 - 0:15)
Hi, this is Dr. Daniels, and you're listening to Healing with Dr. Daniels. This is the Sunday, December 5th, 2021 podcast, and today's title is Get a Grip, Control Your Programming. Yes, that is today's title.
Grandma Update
(0:15 - 0:20)
However, first, we're going to talk about grandma and give you the grandma update.
(0:20 - 0:28)
Well, the last time we talked, I believe grandma actually left the house, went to have Thanksgiving with her kids and grandkids. Yay!
(0:28 - 0:38)
She now tells me that she is an expert at getting out of her bed and using her walker a bit too much. But she can get into the wheelchair by herself and tool over to the kitchen, and she's ready to start cooking.
(0:38 - 0:46)
I said, "Wonderful, mom." So she wants to know how she can make some ham hocks.
(0:46 - 1:01)
Because she spent the whole day up and walking, her wound opened up a little bit. So she realizes she needs to eat some skin ham hocks in order to fix this problem.
(1:01 - 1:16)
And she said to me, "Well, you know, I don't know how to use that pressure cooker." I said, "Mom, is that an Instapot?" She said, "Well, yes." I said, "Well, mom, all you do is put enough water in there to halfway cover your ham hocks, toss in a bay leaf, some salt, close the pot, and there's a button that says meat."
(1:16 - 1:28)
Pow! Push that button. She said, "Really? Is that all?" I said, "Mom, that's all. That's why they call it Instapot."
(1:28 - 1:36)
She said, "Wow." I said, "Yeah." I said, "Now you hit that button, and when it's all done, check the pot."
(1:36 - 1:50)
And if the meat's done to your liking, great. If not, put the pot back on. Pow! Hit that button again.
(1:50 - 1:57)
And then when that's done, your meat will be done. She says, "Wow, that's amazing." I said, "Yes, mom, it is."
(1:57 - 2:08)
Now we can all sit here and laugh at mom. However, the truth is, when I get to be 90 or when any of you listeners get to be 90, the world will have changed so much that things will appear to be a miracle even to you.
Technology and Communication with Mom
(2:08 - 2:22)
Also, technology. I only have three, count them, one, two, three, three apps that allow me to share pictures. My mother has none of them. So I haven't been able to show her pictures of my progress.
(2:22 - 2:34)
So my daughter was visiting, and she showed my mother on her phone the pictures of me doing splits. My mother said, "Oh my God." And also, she saw my pictures of my pies.
(2:34 - 2:46)
And my mother said, "Oh, I should have had Thanksgiving with you." So it was very, very nice. We had a lot of fun with that.
Mom's Health Progress
(2:46 - 2:56)
Next, so mom's doing great, making great progress. She went from comatose a year ago to now she's tooling around the house in her wheelchair, doing her exercises, and working on mastering that walker and even walking without it.
(2:56 - 3:09)
She decided that being 90 and bedridden was no fun. So again, the power of decision making and commitment.
Vitality Capsules Promotion
(3:09 - 3:28)
Next, we have Vitality Capsules. Yay! Vitality Capsules, our sponsor. Yay! We have regular and extra strength. Yes! So visit vitalitycycles.com and check out our sponsors, Vitality Capsules.
(3:28 - 3:42)
They are the internal cleanser that is comfortable enough for everyday use. Yay! Oh, and it's also come to my attention that the Home Healers Course, which is a series of modules that teach you how to heal yourself and your family at home from any affliction you may choose or that may befall you, is also on sale at vitalitycycles.com.
(3:42 - 3:58)
Sorry, Vitality Capsules story.
Personal Progress
(3:58 - 4:23)
Oh, my progress. I've been making great progress with my splits and oversplits. Those of you who don't know what oversplits are, these are splits. This is one leg, that's the other leg. This is kind of the center where your pelvis is. So I've done splits. Now I'm doing oversplits. That's where the legs go even further apart than splits.
(4:23 - 4:30)
So most people are somewhere around here. I've managed to get to splits, and now I'm working on oversplits. Yes.
(4:30 - 4:49)
And my Taekwondo classes are very helpful with my strength, which is allowing me to do more backbends. So that's very, very exciting. And I'm working on my technology here so I can show you.
(4:49 - 5:03)
All right, that brings us to turpentine. Yay. Turpentine is awesome.
Turpentine Introduction
(5:03 - 5:22)
Turpentine, as many of you might know, is something called paint thinner, but it's also the distilled sap of the pine tree. And prior to 1900, year of our Lord, it was known to heal absolutely every affliction known to man. Yeah. According to the Merck Manual.
(5:22 - 5:32)
However, the Merck Manual has been rewritten many times, and now turpentine is classified as a poison. However, in the year of our Lord, 1990 something, I rediscovered this miracle elixir and here it is.
(5:32 - 5:45)
So today I'm going to take my turpentine. We're going to move the keyboard out of the way so we don't get it covered with sugar. Put that to the side. Then, wait, I got to move this out the way so I can see what you're seeing.
(5:45 - 6:03)
Okay. First we start with a teaspoon. This is an American teaspoon, five cc's, also known as five grams. As you can see, there's a few particles of sugar on it. I use the same spoon all the time. It makes my life easier.
(6:03 - 6:09)
And this is white sugar. Label it as sugar. Why? Who knows? Could be salt, could be vitamin C powder. I don't know. So it's important to label your stuff.
(6:09 - 6:20)
So when you get into home healing and doing stuff yourself, you've got to label what you're doing. Then we have turpentine. This is turpentine.
(6:20 - 6:45)
It is not necessary to put it in a brown bottle. I just happen to have a brown bottle, so I put it in that. But as you can see, your labeling does not need to be perfect. It just needs to be informative. So this is turpentine, and people know this is not a recreational beverage. No, it's not soda pop. No, it's not water. It is turpentine to be used with caution.
(6:45 - 7:00)
And then we have a pipette dropper. The dose you use got to be correct. Not too much, not too little. My dose is half a teaspoon, which is right there at the neck where the dropper flares out and gets fat. Right there at that junction.
Turpentine Demonstration
(7:00 - 7:18)
So we squeeze out the air, bam, dip it in the jar, suck it up. Oops, we don't have enough. Can you see that? We don't have enough. So we're going to turn it up like this, express some more air. So you turn it upside down and express the air. It allows you to suck in more.
(7:18 - 7:32)
So now we're going to suck it up right, right, right there. As you can see, now we have it exactly where it belongs. Now we have our sugar. Yay. And we're going to put it on the sugar.
(7:32 - 7:46)
So you expel all of it onto the sugar. The sugar is about a teaspoon and a half. The key here is you want to soak most of the sugar, but not all. I don't know if you can see that. Oh, there you go. You can see that there's grayness there. There it is. But the sugar that's still white is not soaked with turpentine. And that's what you want. You want some sugar not soaked.
Dealing with a Floater
(7:46 - 8:54)
Okay. We have a floater. What would that be, Dr. Daniels? What's a floater? It is a garment that found its way into the water. Let's see if we have removed that floater. Yes, we have. All right. So living in the tropics, there's life everywhere. If you turn your back, even for the few minutes it takes to get ready for the show, sometimes living things can enter your sphere of, uh, your physical sphere.
How Often to Take Turpentine
(8:54 - 9:36)
All right. Turpentine done. Sugar done. Next. So how often do I take turpentine? Since I discovered ivermectin, which I now take once a month, I only need to take my turpentine, uh, once or twice a week. And I get the same effect, actually even better, than when I was taking it, um, every day. So yay! There we go. So the way I arrived at that is I was taking turpentine every day.
(9:36 - 10:09)
And then I read about ivermectin. And you should read the package insert. Read the package insert. Every last word. It's even written in English. So yeah. Um, and I said, okay, well, I'm going to take this. I took the ivermectin. I said, oh, I feel great. I feel better than when I take turpentine. This is wonderful. So I decided I would stop turpentine. But then I said, hey, wait a minute. Could it be that the turpentine and the ivermectin would be even greater?
(10:09 - 10:42)
So since the ivermectin is only once a month, it's easy to take the turpentine several days away from the ivermectin. And so I did. And I found I felt even better with the turpentine and ivermectin than with either one alone. And I said, well, Dr. Jones, why do you take it once a month? Because I read the package insert. And I know that the most frequent recommended dosing for ivermectin is once a month for whatever affliction you're using it for. Yes.
Ivermectin and Its Uses
(10:42 - 11:06)
Now it was popularized as a possible remedy for a local pandemic, a worldwide pandemic, actually. But once you read the package insert, like holy cow, this gets rid of sexually transmitted diseases, gets rid of blindness. Really? Digestion problems. I mean, it's an incredible list. So whether it is anti-pandemic or not, it's actually irrelevant. It has so many other benefits.
(11:06 - 11:41)
Now, one thing it's really known for getting rid of is something called river blindness. So in some countries, people actually go blind because of a parasite that's in the rivers. They're able to actually stop this illness by taking ivermectin once a year, once a year. Like, whoa. So if you're going to use ivermectin, you have to really get rid of your every day, twice a day, three times a day programming for taking medications.
(11:41 - 11:59)
You need to realize that this is something that can be taken once a month very effectively.
Safe Dosing in Medicine
(11:59 - 12:48)
So how do you arrive at safe dosing in medicine? That's actually very straightforward. You find the half-life of the drug, multiply it by five, and the dosing needs to be that interval or more for you to take the drug totally safely. And it turns out ivermectin's half-life is 11 hours, but it has metabolites whose half-life is three days. So five times three days is 15 days. So you wouldn't want to dose it more often than every 15 days. So it turns out at Package Instruct, the recommended dosing is anywhere from once a month to once a year. So that's very exciting.
Drug Safety and Risks
(12:48 - 13:12)
To have a drug that can be dosed at an interval that is not deadly. We have other drugs that we just use every day that would be common pain relievers, and they are dosed at one half-life or even half a half-life. And so that means if you take them as directed, you accumulate poisons in your system and eventually kill yourself from those drugs. Yeah. Yeah.
Turpentine and Ivermectin Summary
(13:12 - 13:31)
So that's the ivermectin and turpentine situation. To find out more about turpentine, you can go to vitalitycycles.com and download the free report, The Candida Cleanser. And I'll tell you all about turpentine, how to take it, what it does, and you can decide if it's something that might be for you.
Shilajit Introduction
(13:31 - 13:38)
All right. So here we go. This is Shilajit, and as you can see, it is gooey.
(13:38 - 13:45)
And as you can see, I've used a lot of this. This little tub is a year and a half supply. How cool is that? And you can just take your... I take a chopstick and you can see, just pull that out there.
(13:45 - 14:11)
And that's about right. That's about 200 milligrams there, which is the daily dose. Take this, bam, put it in there. As you can see, it does not readily dissolve, so we have to be patient. Just let it sit there and dissolve while we do the show. Why would anyone want to take Shilajit? I mean, it's pretty icky.
Shilajit Benefits
(14:11 - 14:30)
So Shilajit is a product of thousands of years of composting organic material, and it's a super concentrate of trace minerals. Your body manufactures enzymes and proteins that are supposed to get stuff done in your body, and these proteins need a trace mineral in order for them to get the right configuration and do their job.
(14:30 - 14:44)
But if you don't have a trace mineral, then the enzyme will be sluggish. It'll do maybe half its job or just say, no, it's going to take a rest. So taking Shilajit makes a huge difference, and it's known as the destroyer of weakness. And it really does give you energy and pep you up, and it gets those enzymes doing their job.
(14:44 - 15:00)
That's the mechanism whereby it makes you stronger. But Dr. Daniels, can't we just get it from our food, these minerals? And the answer is not if you're living in a situation where you have a flush toilet.
The Mineral Cycle and Modern Society
(15:00 - 15:26)
Dr. Daniels, what's that got to do with minerals? So the way the world is designed is you eat food that has minerals, you use those minerals, you poop out the minerals, and then you use your poop to fertilize the food that you eat, and then those minerals come back to you. In our modern society, that is not what we do. We have a toilet, our minerals are flushed literally down the toilet, never to be seen again.
(15:26 - 16:01)
And the food is fertilized with nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, only three minerals, and they're not even trace minerals. So what that means then is it's simply not possible to get the minerals that you need from your food. It's just not possible. So that's why Shilajit. And the dose, itty bitty, 200 milligrams. And how often should you take it? I try to take it every day, which means I take it five days a week, which is perfect. The recommended is to take it every day for two to three months, and then take a week off.
Consistency with Shilajit
(16:01 - 16:18)
So it's much easier just to take it every day as your goal, and then you miss enough days that it works out. All right, so that's our Shilajit, our turpentine. Now, get a grip and control your programming. That's important.
Controlling Your Programming
(16:18 - 17:12)
All right. So I thought about this because I've met a lot of people lately who tell me that they're not entirely happy with their life, or that they're worried, they're concerned about the future. The future, yes. So many years ago, oh my God, it must have been, oh, it was only 18 years ago, a good friend of mine once remarked to me, he says, of the people I know, you are the person who exercises the most control over the experiences and information that enter your life. I thanked him for that compliment.
(17:12 - 17:44)
He did add that I was selectively naive. I said, okay, that's okay, too. Certain things I don't really want to know about. Another friend told me I was brainwashing myself. I told him I was going to wash till I got it clean. Still another asked me how I could know the news without watching TV, and I told him, well, I create it. So I believe all these people who made these observations were correct. And so the future really is yours to create. So here's how. First, take the reins back. Control your programming. Yes.
Programming and Media Influence
(17:44 - 18:36)
So as a kid, I wanted to know, when did I get to write the scripts? When did I get to write the TV shows? When did I get to write the jokes in the books? Because I was aware that these things were all written by people. So the answer, of course, is whenever you want. And the even more direct answer is you are actually writing the scripts right now. You're actually writing the future right now. You are telling your mind what the future will be, and you are creating that very future. Now, I say you are telling your mind, and make no mistake, it's you. Now, maybe you're permitting certain messages to enter your consciousness, but it's about you. So here are some things I've done to create my present, which was the future 20 years ago.
Early Life Changes: TV and Movies
(18:36 - 19:32)
First, I controlled my programming. I had to get a grip. Now, as a kid, I was very sensitive. So if I saw something bad, then I felt bad for a very long time. And if I saw something good, then I was relaxed and reassured. And this meant that literally, when I would watch TV, it was a very difficult experience. And so early on, I stopped watching TV. So as soon as I left home, which is age 18, I stopped watching TV. And college, I don't think I even watched one TV show. So I stopped watching TV. Then, as of 1987, I did not own a TV. Now, for about one year in 1990-something, there was a TV in my house, but I didn't watch it. So I did not own or watch TV since 1987.
(19:32 - 20:28)
Next, movies. You need to stop or control the ones you see. So TV and movies are extremely sinister and dangerous because your subconscious accepts all visual input as true and accurate, as if it really happened. So you'll watch a movie, and your conscious mind will say, ah, it's just a movie. But your subconscious actually internalizes that it's true. So for this reason, I take incredible care to censor what videos, any visual input I have, especially if it's not natural. So if I watch a movie, which I think the last one I watched was five years ago, I watch movies that are at least 10 years old. The reason for this is that, first of all, I know the content of the movie, I know the outcome, and I can be sure that it's something that I feel is okay to admit to my subconscious to create the kind of future I want to create.
Selecting Media with Intent
(20:28 - 21:02)
So another reason for watching movies that are at least 10 years old is you're detached from the time the movie was scripted, and the programming to you is actually very obvious. And more recent movies mix truth and programming, and your subconscious believes it, and you can't edit it as much and say, oh, that's not true. You're like, oh, that could be, oh, maybe, and you accept it. And then when you accept it, your behavior is governed by it, and you actually live to make it, in a way, to make it become true.
Avoiding Edited Content
(21:02 - 21:34)
So spending more time viewing fake videos that have been edited fills your subconscious with edited, programmed, censored content that may misdirect your activities and your thoughts. So the better thing, of course, is to look out your window, and then create a programmed wonderland, and you will be living in the same scenes of the movie that you create. So how do I do this? Well, I spend time with living people.
(21:34 - 22:17)
I minimize the amount of virtual people, or Zoom interaction, or even worse, edited videos. So what you should do, and what I do, is I walk down my street, and I reassure myself, oh, wow, things are great. People are happy, people are walking, people are healthy, people are getting along, people are doing well. And if you're seeing more of these things, then it will help you create a future consistent, at least with the good that's available. So I turn off any videos that do not represent the world as I want to create it or experience it.
Focusing on Positive Content
(22:17 - 23:12)
For example, I look for how-to videos that create the future I want. For example, I binge-watched on how to do splits. Now I can do splits. I did not binge-watch how to build a shelter in my backyard. I don't have a shelter in my backyard. So literally, by the information you put in your brain, you actually create your actions. I don't read or receive the newspaper or any print publications. I don't go to the movies. I don't own a TV. I do not consume programming or commercial messages. I don't even receive junk mail. It's a decade, yes, how can that be? I would say anyone, it's worth your while to pay for a box at like a commercial place, like mailboxes or whatever, and you can actually instruct them to throw out your junk mail.
Rejecting Negative Influences
(23:12 - 24:17)
I've recently stopped even reading the clickbait titles on YouTube. I realized the title itself is programming and the content rarely gives more information than the title and doesn't contain information that I need to make a decision or direct my life in the way I want it to go. Give you an example. I want to make desserts for Thanksgiving. So rather than consume the gloom and doom about prices, I search for information on pies and recipes. So I make sweet potato pie, apple pie with the lattice crust. I've always wanted to do that, make that fancy little crust with the weaving basket weave on top. It's easier than you think, by the way, and lemon cream pie. I did not cry about turkey prices.
Finding Abundance in Everyday Life
(24:17 - 25:18)
Now there's concern about shortages. So I walked around my neighborhood and I noticed the abundance. Look at the leaves, trees, thousands, thousands of leaves in the trees, probably millions. I didn't count them all. So walking through my neighborhood, there's a guy who has a hibiscus tree that has tons of unpicked fruit last year. So I asked him if I could pick the fruit this year. When he said yes, I offered to give him a jar of the jam I would make from it. He's a great guy. What a nice person. Programming. So that's what I tell myself. He's a great guy. I don't know if he beats his wife. I don't even know if he has a wife. But I tell myself, what a nice person.
Programming Positive Interactions
(25:18 - 25:58)
Another neighbor has an avocado tree. She told me I could pick all the avocado I want, but they seem to be falling off the tree before they mature. So I said, ah, no worries. I brought her a cup of fertilizer. It's little white pellets to enrich the roots of the tree. And I said to myself, wow, what a nice neighbor she is. Again, programming. I'm programming myself to expect and receive good things from my environment. Now when I get up in the morning, I check all my joints. Yep. I say, wow, everything's working. Those of you who don't get it at 64, when you can move all your joints, everything's working and nothing hurts. That's an awesome day.
(25:58 - 26:27)
And after I do my little check, I say, wow, everything's working. It's going to be a great day. Again, programming. Self-programming. So I ask myself, what can I do to make the day better? I check. Am I hungry? If not, I say, hmm, I'll eat tomorrow. Or I'll do stretches today and eat tomorrow. Those of you who do splits and backbends know that doing it on a full stomach is really bad.
Daily Self-Programming
(26:27 - 27:14)
Again, programming. I tell myself, oh, if I'm hungry, if I'm not hungry, ah, don't eat. I check to see if I'm thirsty. If I am, I drink some water and say, ah, that feels better. Again, programming. Whenever something I like happens, I say, wow, that's great. More of that. How lucky I am. And you can do the same. I look at my dangerous dogs. Those of you who haven't been following the story. There are these dangerous dogs in the neighborhood. They're actually not mine and they are vicious and they bite people. I see, however, that they are very kind and nice to me. Yet, and they park themselves in front of my house and they bark and threaten everyone else. I say, wow, I'm so safe.
(27:14 - 27:49)
When one of them gets sick or clearly loses a fight, these are pretty bad street dogs. If I see blood and fresh wounds, I say, oh, I'm so sorry. I hope you get better soon. Sure enough, in a week or so, things are better. Programming for me and the dog. Now, I'm not saying you should make the same decisions I make, that you need some dangerous dogs, but I am suggesting that you look for evidence that your vision of what you want or your future is to be is taking shape.
Notice and Reinforce the Positive
(27:49 - 28:36)
So notice the things in your life that are going the way you want and tell yourself, that's great. I'm so lucky. Good things are happening. Life is so easy. Giving yourself this programming allows you to experience even greater happiness from the good things in your life and allows those good things to become more numerous. So realize the information you are receiving controls your happiness. So control that information and even control how you see it and watch your happiness and health expand.
Transition to Q&A
(28:36 - 28:50)
So that brings us to questions.
Question on a Persistent Sore
(28:50 - 29:05)
Hi, Dr. Daniels. Thank you for all your wonderful information. You're welcome. Here's my question. I have an open sore on my back. I've had it for over two years. It is getting larger recently.
(29:05 - 29:27)
It is to the right of my backbone and level with my scapula. It will not dry up and scab. It itches and is painful to touch. I've used over-the-counter ointments and another prescribed by a doctor. I am a male, 68 years old, 6 feet tall and 185 pounds. So clearly, this person is not overweight. Okay. I eat healthy and exercise regularly. Thank you in advance for any help.
Addressing the Root Cause
(29:27 - 30:04)
All right. So we have here in his question, the actual answer. His healthy diet is depriving his body of the collagen he needs to heal this wound and the vigorous exercise he is doing, let's watch this, is pulling that wound wider and wider with every arm exercise he's doing. It's taking that scapula area and pulling that skin apart and actually interfering with the healing. So what do you do? Well, hopefully you've got a partner that can help you with this, but you take some aloe leaf, you slice it so it has a slimy surface and you put the slimy surface over the wound and tape it there.
(30:04 - 30:17)
So if the wound is the size of a dime, you want the slime to cover it with at least a one inch margin. All right. Then you tape it in place with duct tape and you leave it there. You want to change it no more often than once a day.
(30:17 - 30:31)
Okay. So that helps it heal. It gives it a protected environment so your body can heal. The next thing you need to do is this healthy eating, you need to add some, I would add pig ears to your diet. That's the most efficient way to add skin. So maybe eat about half a pound of pig ears a day, three, four days a week, and that should heal it up.
(30:31 - 30:50)
Now it's going to take a while to heal, but you will notice that it heals. Now if the itching becomes unbearable under the bandage, then just put an ice pack on it and what you will see is the itching will go away. Now when you change it, do not clean it. It's going to look ugly. It's going to look nasty. It's going to look like it's got pus. It's going to look infected, but it's not.
(30:50 - 31:24)
So just take the bandage off, throw it away, put a clean piece of slimy aloe there and tape it back in place and I would again change it once, no more than once a day. All right. That is all the questions that we have time for and we'll see you again next week and remember to control your programming and create your future. As always, THINK HAPPENS!
