Liver/Gallbladder Cleanse 

The goal is to do cleanses until there are no longer any Liver (bile) stones expelled.

Day 1: 

No breakfast.  Drink ½ gallon of water and have a light lunch ( rice and vegetables ) , NO FAT content 

Do not eat or drink ANYTHING after 2PM Day 

6PM, Drink 1Tablespoon of Magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt) in 6 to 8 ounces of water

8PM, Drink 1Tablespoon of Magnesium sulfate (Epsom salt) in 6 to 8 ounces of water

9:45PM, Mix ½ tsp turpentine and  ½ cup of Olive oil. Drink this followed by ½ cup of fresh squeezed lemon juice. ½ cup is 4 ounces.  

10PM, Drink mixture in 10 minutes or less 

10:14PM, immediately lay still in bed on your right side for 20 minutes, then sleep. You may wake several times in the night to go to bathroom and not sleep. 

Day 2:

6AM Drink 1Tablespoon of Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom salt) in 6 to 8 ounces of water

7AM  Do enema or take 2 vitality capsules if no bowel movement yet this morning

8AM Drink 1 Tablespoon of Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom salt) in 6 to 8 ounces of water

Drink as much water as you want from 6AM on.  Eat whatever you want from 10 AM onward. 

Do enema before 10 AM if less than 3 bowel movements during the night. 

You can expect to see some yellow green stones.  Perhaps some parasites.  Take pictures if you want. Just flush the toilet. Each liver flush that you do you will see different things. You can do 2 flushes 3 weeks apart. Please note that liver flushes can be draining and you most likely will need to replenish your nutrients afterwards by eating liver. It's very important to drink enough water (your weight divided by 2 is the amount you want to drink in ounces) and have 3 or more bowel movements days before and after flushing.
